I’ve gone through pages and pages worth of experiences since relentlessly pursuing writing as a career. We all know I got some stories. From being laid off twice and impressing New York State’s Unemployment Office with my job hunting diligence (“What do you mean you typed your application logs?”) to raising eyebrows by moving to three cities in one year in search of the right fit, I am BEYOND GRATEFUL to share that I have accepted a Staff Writing position with BET.

I am blessed to have one of my all-time favorite writers become my mentor - unreal - and I can’t wait to work my way towards being able to help others pursue their dreams. My favorite part about 2016 so far is watching the endeavors of my friends unfold. We’re just getting started.
