On the heels of Billboard's partnership with the streaming giant, we'll be tapping Spotify's editors to sift through the soon-to-be-hits and highlight the best of the bunch.

Marshmello - "Ritual" featuring Wrabel
There's something truly special about a song when its creator cites it as his or her favorite release to date. Such is the casewith Marshmello's latest release, "Ritual." The elusive producer and DJ, whose identity remains a mystery, finally dropped his long-awaited single after teasing fans all summer. With Wrabel gracefully handling the vocal duties, the sunny, synth-laden track is a bit out of left field for the masked producer, whose catalog tends to sway in a more vigorous, bass-driven direction. The pop-leaning track doubles as his debut on Skrillex's OWSLAimprint, with the label boss making a cameo in the official music video for the single, with both bouncing around to the bright, ballad-heavy banger and simply having all the fun. The day-in-the-life style video perfectly matches the celebratory vibe of the track itself, with "Ritual" marking a new chapter in Marshmello's career, one that has us both excited and curious for what's to come from the buckethead-donning musician.
Bruno Mars - "Versace on the Floor"
For a song given the lavish title of "Versace on the Floor," one would assume that the direction Bruno Mars would be going in would be in the same swaggy vein as his signature dancefloor-centric tracks. Instead, the Grammy Award-winning singer continues to reign as an absolute wildcard, with his new endeavor taking us back to the good ol' days when Michael Jackson, one of his heroes and key influencers, was at the top of the world. Tactfully slowing down his soulful vocals, "Versace on the Floor" might just be Mars' sexiest song to date, with his powerful voice dramatically layered over a subtle piano melody. The song oozes Mars' signature cool factor, with his confident bravado coexisting with his sensitive side without overpowering it, in a way that has us simply getting lost in this timeless romantic scene he's masterfully, and casually, painting.
Aanysa x Snakehips - "Burn, Break, Crash"
"Burn, Break, Crash," is the dreamy result of 17-year-old singer Aanysa teaming up with British electronic duo Snakehips. While Aanysa is currently readying her debut EP, which is slated for an early 2017 release via RCA Records and Sony Music, she has today shared a first taste of what fans can look forward to. The infectious track marks the Los Angeles-based teenager's first major debut single, with the magnetic pairing making for a strong introduction that draws elegantly from pop, R&B and UK garage influences alike. As exemplified on her impressively catchy debut, Aanysa has already come a long way from solely sharing covers of popular songs on YouTube, with "Burn, Break, Crash," proving she's a natural at honing her own voice and fresh perspective in a way that feels wise beyond her years.
Future x Drake - "Used to This"
With their lengthy Summer Sixteen tour now behind them, Drake and Future stay taking no days off, with their latest collaboration "Used to This" celebrating their continuous success as it has become as second nature as breathing. While luxuries such as mansions, drop top Porsches and partying with the "real" Madonna are all expertly woven into the track, Future shares an admirable quotable, "Beat the odds, do numbers and remain humble," showing that despite their growing celebrity, he and Drake respectably still have their hearts in the right place. While the track has a lyrical vibe that they wouldn't trade the challenges or struggles they've overcome to get to where they are for the world, Drizzy reminds us that despite his self-proclaimed deserved blessings, he will never be able to abandon his workaholic nature, nor his day one's. With "Used to This" detailing the movie-like level both artists are at, without forgetting their roots, the song is sure to be a fan-favorite, with the Zaytoven-produced track highlighting all of our favorite elements of what we've come to appreciate whenever Future and Drake merge their talents in the studio. Needless to say, they've happily got another one in the books, and are a long way off from ever slowing down, with each tastemaker slated to drop individual projects before the year is out.
The Chainsmokers - "Setting Fires" featuring XYLØ
Continuing building off of the momentum of The Chainsmoker's Halsey-assisted hit single "Closer" surpassing half a billion streams on Spotify, the duo today releases their highly anticipated Collage EP. With "Closer" bringing the group literally closer to potentially breaking all sorts of records, as it currently is poised at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the Chainsmokers likely haven't stopped smiling all 2016, with their new single "Setting Fire" giving them yet another reason to be excited. Recruiting experimental pop duo XYLØ proves to be a prime decision, with the track's piercing vocals strengthened by the Chainsmoker's skillful room-filling production, offering an atmospheric song that is both visual and dramatic by nature, as well as completely different than what we've grown accustomed to from the native New Yorkers. "Setting Fire" is a bold testament to the fact that taking risks often pays off more often than not, with the Chainsmokers continuing to claim 2016 as theirs.
